だいたい毎週末更新。 30代40代からのメシとカラダの話をシェアする。 Cozyのメシ☆カラ 俳優の傍、ダイエットインストラクター、フードアナリスト、心理カウンセラーの資格を持つ 私、cozyが 「メシとカラダ、ライフスタイル等」 をリスナーと皆さんと楽しくシェアするチャンネル。 食にダイエット、生活習慣、トレーニング、それに伴うメンタルなんかを意識低く、時々高く。時々告知も。 cozy 俳優として現在は大河ドラマ「おんな城主直虎」「鎌倉殿の13人」を始め映像作品を主に活動。 どうしても高圧的な役が多いが、本人は真逆の人間。 デビュー作品は全米公開のCM。 20代はモデルとしても活動、NIKE、Versace、ラルフローレンなどのモデルも経験。 それ以外にも某バラエティで「サングラスに黒スーツ」で人を追いかけまわしたり、大作ゲームのモーション担当したり。 その後、色々な事があり激太り（最高値で95kg） 一念発起でダイエット&トレーニングの傍、元々好きな食と身体、メンタルを勉強し資格を取得。 現在は体脂肪一桁を「なんとか」キープ中。
