<p> In this conversation, we discusses the concept of an institution that can help the nation identify its direction and make decisions. She proposes the idea of a Bet HaUma, or House of the Nation, which would serve as an upper house representing the tribes of the Jewish people. This institution would have four main functions: serving as a Constitutional Court, making decisions on national issues, appointing ambassadors, and creating and amending the constitution. we also discuss the importance of equal representation for each tribe, including the diaspora, and the concept of sunset legislation, where laws automatically expire after a certain period of time. Further, we raise the question of how to include the Arab population in the decision-making process. </p>
