Nathalia Cristina Ribeiro é brasileira e farmacêutica, estuda Políticas e Gestão de saúde na London Metropolitan University e pesquisa sobre políticas de saúde para mulheres negras. Andrew Gomes de Vasconcelos Bonfim é brasileiro  e psicólogo e estuda Pesquisa Psicológica em Neuropsicologia na Universidade de Edimburgo. Chambalson Jorge Chambal é moçambicano, formado em Direito e faz um MSc em pesquisa aplicada a saúde, especialização biostatística na Universidade de York.

Juliana Leal conversa com duas alumni do programa de bolsas do governo britânico para discutir desafios e oportunidades para as mulheres brasileiras e o avanço da perspectiva de gênero na sociedade. Delaine Martins foi bolsista em 1995, quando estudou Gênero e Planejamento de Políticas Públicas na University College London (UCL), e Thays Prado foi bolsista em 2015, estudando Gênero, Mídia e Cultura na London School of Economics (LSE). 20 anos se passaram entre essas duas gerações de mulheres apoiadas para realizar seus cursos de pós-graduação no Reino Unido, mas a agenda de gênero no Brasil ainda segue avançando a passos lentos.
