<p>"Mengakui kelemahan adalah tanda kemenangan." -- Gilang Wicaksono (Director of Business Development - Indonesian Gastronomy Association)</p> <p>I'm very excited to share this talk with Gilang, as I've been wanting to meet him since 2018.</p> <p>Selain kesibukannya dalam memperjuangkan kepentingan boga Nusantara melalui Indonesian Gastronomy Association (IGA), sehari-harinya Gilang juga masih berurusan dengan operasional catering service "Proklamasi", yang sudah ada sejak tahun 1981.</p> <p>And you know what?! Salah satu langganan tetap catering Proklamasi adalah ISTANA KEPRESIDENAN, bahkan sejak masa pemerintahan Presiden Soeharto, sampai sekarang di pemerintahan Presiden Joko Widodo. </p> <p>Hidup Indonesia Maju! ~~</p> <p>Anyway, di episode ini Gilang berbagi tentang perjalanannya dalam menemukan dirinya yang sepenuhnya. </p> <p>Berawal dari keinginannya untuk bisa menentukan pilihan hidupnya sendiri, kemudian berkarir sebagai seorang chef di luar negeri, sampai pada satu momen yang membuatnya harus kembali ke "rumah".</p> <p>Dari sini, dia kembali dihadapkan dengan berbagai peristiwa yang saat itu tidak sesuai harapan, di titik terendah dalam kehidupannya.</p> <p>Di bagian ini, gua belajar dari Gilang tentang, mengakui kelemahan, berdamai dengan diri sendiri dan belajar untuk menikmati hari ini.</p> <p>Kita sudah terlalu sering kuatir akan hari esok, sampai-sampai kita tidak bisa menikmati hari ini, katanya.</p> <p>I really hope you can find this episode useful to you!
