Red Seal Milestone
<p>This episode celebrates a milestone in Adam's Culinary Career...10 years as a Red Seal endorsed Chef! Its been a long journey so far...and there is still lots more to travel. Industry experience, Culinary School, Apprenticeship...all of those steps led Adam to completing his RSE (Red Seal Endorsement) on April 30, 2011.</p> <p>Since then, over the past 10 years, he has continued to gain as much experience as possible to round out his skills and now, with our entrepreneurial endeavors ahead of us, he will get to use everything he has learned along the way. </p> <p>*This episodes features the song "Tracks" by the amazing Canadian duo, Ocie Elliott, used with their permission.
