The Over My Shoulder Journal of Instructions for a Good Life.</p> <p>This journal contains a list of life instructions on everything from flossing your teeth to accepting cookies. And since this is 2020, we have also included instructions on putting on your pants before joining a video call. &nbsp;So if you or you know someone who tends to forget the basics, consider writing down notes using the prompts in this journal.</p> <p>It is fun. It is not too serious.
