<p>Panificio Collina is a small bakery run by husband and wife Vincenzo and Antonella in the town of Faenza, in the region of Emilia-Romagna in Italy. The bakery was opened by their grandfather in 1938 after he couldn’t couldn’t continue work as a farmer due to his rheumatism and has since then been a family business ever since. <p>The Corner is a small restaurant and cafe in the area of Kleine Berg and offers fresh meals everyday, which are inspired by an international cuisine. Yamani opened The Corner four years ago and has since brought much joy to his regular and new guests with his delicious dutch pancakes, traditional moroccan tagines and healthy salads.</p> <p>He tells us about his beginnings as a pastry chef, what makes an attractive dish and the differences between Morocco and the Netherlands.
