Let’s talk about fear!

Hey driven people! Matt and I are back doing what we do best: choose a subject and dive deep into the minutia of fear philosophically and psychotherapeutically. Of course, we can’t talk about fear without its close cousin: anger. Anger is contrasted to violence which is behaviour and anger is a primary emotion that can be very useful. In our own brand of finding our way, we tackle the topic which brings insight into both our takes on this ever-evolving topic of fear. We elaborate on this topic which will become a pillar conversation on which we will build upon in other offerings of our podcast regarding the management of fear in cycling. This episode will mark our “off-season” for the tales of Mind, Body, and Relationships part of our podcast. Have no fear (pun intended) our “DM therapist” segments will keep us excited all summer. Season 1 was a blast! Thank you so much Matt, Vicki and all the listeners of Overcome Café: Tales of Mind, Body, and Relationships. Stay driven and vulnerable, LP Landry
