According to Bergosh, a father accompanied his repeatedly bullied son to the bus stop after attempts to get the problem addressed went nowhere.
Then the situation allegedly escalated.
Bergosh says the bully and another student confronted the father and threatened him. The father, a concealed-carry holder, displayed his firearm and warned them to stay away.
The sheriff, according to Bergosh, ultimately declined to prosecute the father.
