"Where is your God?" (for those who feel in the dark)
"Where is Your Good News? Is there none for me? When I cling to You, I cannot feel You. When I talk with You, I cannot hear You. How can You be my light when I cannot see You?" (Excerpt from Mary's Mantle Consecration by Christine Watkins). I'm sure we can all relate to these words. This episode is encouragement that God is in fact with us - Emmanuel. Not only is He with us - He is the LIGHT to our darkness. If you feel in the dark at the moment, listen to the practical remedy shared in this episode and make sure to listen right to the end because a guest speaker - my Dad :) shares a POWERFUL true story about an alcoholic priest and this practical remedy...

Do you struggle listening to God?
"My sheep hear My voice. I know them, and they follow Me." (John 10:27)
St Therese of Lisieux (the Little Flower) had a strong desire to become a Saint but felt incapable compared to the great and giant Saints who had gone before her. Yet God fulfilled her desire - now she is one of the greatest Saints of modern time (so much so that you can find a statue of her in almost every Catholic Church across the world). How did she do it? She asked God for a shortcut! If you struggle listening to God, if you struggle to hear His voice, to pray - listen to this episode because I give the shortcut. I hope this episode helps you on your journey through Advent and the 'Year of Prayer' - both which begin today, Sunday 3rd December 2023.

HOW to cast anxiety on Jesus
This episode is a live-talk I gave in November 2022 to a group of young adults on Luke 12:22 'Do not worry' - a timeless message that we all need reminding of from time to time! So how do we not worry? Ultimately it's the work and grace of the Holy Spirit to lead us to a place of trust, surrender and peace (thank goodness because that takes the pressure off). However, we can do our bit and co-operate with God. What do I suggest in this episode? 1) Put down your phone - after this episode of course 2) Read the Bible - it's really powerful and 3) More silence - all of which you can do in the final suggestion - sitting before Jesus Christ in a Church - because in the words of St Alphonsus Liguori, those who visit Jesus in the Tabernacle - in the Eucharist - receive "the greatest graces".

Amazing Faith
This episode is a live-talk I gave at the Galway Cathedral Novena in March 2023 and is dedicated to my older brother. If you are grieving or struggling, I pray this puts fresh hope and new heart into your life - because Jesus Christ is both Lord and Master.

Trust is KEY
A small reflection I shared on YouTube last year about TRUSTING God. I talk alot about trust because it's essentially another word for 'PARRHESIA' and in the words of St Therese of Lisieux, who inspired me to start this Podcast, the Gospel "is trust and nothing but trust". So I hope this sharing consoles and encourages you that you can trust Jesus...
