مقدمهای بر پادکست بال کست: همه به ای دی اچ دی مبتلا شدهایم.
<p>من مژگان هستم از گذشتههای دور با مشکل مدیریت زمان دست و پنجه نرم میکردم برای همین تا میتونستم در موردش مطالعه کردم آنقدر که به این نتیجه رسیدم باید بیشتر از اینها کارکرد مغز رو درک کنم و سعی کردم به مطالعات عمیقتری در این مورد بپردازم. چیزی مهمتر از مدیریت کردن زمان، عمرمون و زندگیمون نیست چرا که در میان میلیاردها سالی که کرهی زمین اینجا بوده و خواهد بود بازهی کوتاهی رو در اختیار داریم که باید زندگی کنیم. اینجا در واقع قراره از زندگی حرف بزنیم نه از کار، از بودن حرف بزنیم نه شدن، از آرامش حرف بزنیم نه از عجله...</p> <p>این پادکست قبلا روی پادبین هاست شده بود و در حال حاضر انتقال پیدا کرده به انکر تا بشه در همهی پلتفرمها به اون دسترسی داشت به همین دلیل آمار شنوندگانی که در شش ماه گذشته اون رو شنیدند حفظ نشده. </p> <p>راههای ارتباطی با بالکست</p> <p>اینستاگرام: @Timecoach_mojgan <br> ایمیل: mojgankheirkha@gmail.com</p> <p>سایت: www.mojgankheirkhah.com</p> <p>تلگرام: https://t.me/balcast</p>
