Zijn de doorgroeimogelijkheden te beperkt?</p> <p>Uit onderzoek blijkt net dat lokale besturen zeer aantrekkelijke en bekende werkgevers zijn. Ze hebben namelijk wat mensen aantrekt: goed loon, werkzekerheid en nabijheid.</p> <p>Toch zijn er andere zaken waarop meer moet worden ingezet om lokale overheden extra in de verf te zetten.
