Respon Partisipan setelah melihat tayangan ini dapat diisi melalui link berikut: https://forms.gle/PxKCcsMiJAwmykb6A Environmental Complaints Information System (ECIS) Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Jawa Barat menghadirkan Environmental Complaints Information System dalam rangka memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam menyampaikan Pengaduan atas Dugaan Pencemaran dan/atau Perusakan Lingkungan Hidup di Wilayah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Aplikasi ECIS memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat untuk dapat mengetahui Alur Pengelolaan Pengaduan yang sedang diproses atau sedang berjalan, dimulai dari Penerimaan Pengaduan hingga Pengaduan Selesai. Dengan melakukan Input Kode Pengaduan (terhadap Pengaduan yang telah Teregister), masyarakat dapat melihat posisi Pengaduan yang telah disampaikan melalui ECIS. Sosialisasi Alur Pengelolaan Pengaduan ini ditujukan agar dapat memberikan pemahaman mengenai alur pengelolaan pengaduan yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Jawa Barat dalam mempercepat proses pengaduan secara Digital atau melalui adanya ECIS sebagai bentuk Pelayanan Elektronik.
