Seperti kita ketahui bahwa di tahun 2020 merupakan tahun yang sangat sulit. Mengapa terbilang sangat sulit? Tentunya dengan hadirnya Pandemi Covid-19 yang sedang mewabah di bumi kita ini. Dengan adanya pandemi ini banyak diantara kita terpaksa menjalankan aktifitas secara daring. Mengerjakan sesuatu secara daring bukanlah hal yang mudah bagi kalangan masyarakat, banyak diantara masyarakat kita masih belum bisa beradaptasi secara utuh terhadap kondisi ini dan muncul lah berbagai masalah terutama masalah psikologis. Masalah psikologis adalah masalah yang sangat serius apabila dibiarkan begitu saja seperti cemas, stress, dan bahkan depresi.
