To New Beginnings ✨
Hello! My name is Ana and this is my introduction to what will be an exploration of my spirituality and practice. I have started this journey recently and want to share my experience throughout my learning and being open about mental health issues. I want to create a safe space for everyone to share their experiences as well and be met with understanding. My hope is to spread kindness and maybe give someone out there the comfort of knowing it’s okay to make mistakes, it’s perfectly fine to be emotional and vulnerable with yourself. There is much more I wish to share but this is a brief introduction to others on what this podcast will be. I am open and always willing to listen to advice or feedback on any information related to what I am practicing. My hope is to be as informed and respectful of anyone else’s craft but if I am not I do want to be held accountable for that. All this to say, this is for anyone and everyone. I hope to spread positivity and to put my little grain of sand out there. Thank you for listening and I am very excited to continue sharing my journey with you. Thank you for having me.
