<p>Давайте вообразим, что вы успешно реализовали мероприятие, на которое запрашивали грант, издали свою авторскую книгу или создали обучающую программу, и теперь вам необходимо отчитаться о каждом рубле, потраченном при реализации проекта.</p> <p>Сроки отчетности указаны в договоре и в личном кабинете грантополучателей. Как правило, это 10 число следующего месяца после завершения этапа. Исключение составляет этап, который завершается 31 декабря, срок отчетности по нему сдвинут из-за зимних праздников до 19 января.</p> <p>Грантополучатель обязан представить Грантодателю отчетность, состоящую из аналитического и финансового отчетов. Это указано в условиях договора.</p> <p>Финансовый отчет представляет собой реестр расходов и загруженные в систему фонда копии документов, подтверждающих эти расходы.</p> <p>С полным перечнем требований, предъявляемых Президентским Фондом Культурных Инициатив к реализации проекта, а также списком необходимых подтверждающих документов вы можете ознакомиться в разделе «Справочные материалы» в своем Личном Кабинете.</p> <p>Подробнее - в подкасте. </p>
