En este trabajo valoramos/realizamos un análisis de la eficacia de la comunicación entre el personal sanitario y las personas transgénero/transexual en el proceso hospitalario, para mejorar el bienestar de estas personas. Se ha elegido este tema con el fin de identificar y solucionar las dificultades que puedan surgirnos cuando en un futuro trabajemos con este colectivo, siempre intentando brindar una atención de excelencia.
