<p>Mental Health Issues are NOT real and exist ONLY in our heads!</p> <p><br></p> <p>This is the mentality i have been raised to think. It has come with its fair share of pros and cons. one pro being i feel like i have fair level of thick skin, one con being i struggle with my emotional identity. </p> <p><br></p> <p>i have been lucky enough to have been educated enough to now know that Mental Health issues such as Depression and Anxiety, to name a few, ARE REAL. However,</p> <p><br></p> <p>I am always battling an army of adversity that can sometimes be overwhelming. Mentally and Physically. </p> <p><br></p> <p>This brings up the conversation for me about Weakness/Laziness vs. a Medical Condition. </p> <p><br></p> <p>Should we always push to fight and break down our Mental obstacles or Should we seek help.</p> <p><br></p> <p>If its a matter of time, what is a sign that a issue might be Medical. </p> <p><br></p> <p>Excited to get this conversation started in the comments for the purpose of Educating Myself and others on the matter!</p> <p><br></p>
