In this podcast, we present the progressive case for voting Trump in 2024. We are not creating this content to convince you to vote Trump but to provide a broader perspective or an alternate frame of seeing him so that you can make an educated choice on who you vote for beyond the dehumanizing narrative that you might currently be under with regards to Trump.

The election season is behind us. Congrats to those of us who supported Trump and my sympathies to those who are filled with despair at the news. Long live the USA 🇺🇸
What a joy it has been to find a connection to an authentic source of creativity within, and then to find another with an independent but aligned connection to their own source and to have that energy come alive in connection and bounce back and forth between us. From the phone call I made to Luca from Amsterdam in August where I told him "yo, it feels wild to say this out aloud but I think Trump is the right choice in this election" through now, we did our part in ensuring that @DonaldJTrumpforPresident (https://studio.youtube.com/channel/UCAql2DyGU2un1Ei2nMYsqOA) got elected, especially important (in my perspective) to do so in the liberal bubble of Asheville in the swing state of North Carolina. I hope our words gave strength to those of you who were afraid of speaking up. I hope our words gave solace to those of you who were in panic mode about a Trump re-election, that may be, just may be, it's not as bad as you think it is. If you are still in panic mode about the results, I recommend that you listen to some of our perspectives on the "Progressives for Trump" podcast so that you may perhaps breathe a bit more easily.
In this video, Luca urges us all to have our own predictions – whether you be optimistic about Trump's 2nd term or pessimistic – WRITE DOWN YOUR PREDICTIONS. So you can come back 6mo, 1y, 2y later and evaluate what you predicted and hone your capacity to predict effectively. This is the work of cultivating integrity. We'll try our best to come back and explore where we read Trump right and where we read him wrong
Luca has drafted his own predictions here – https://www.facebook.com/luca.rade/posts/pfbid0tgBc9o6VHsSXH5YesSh4RzRh9PD8xPk1ULLsdNmnik6PiiSDgtUm8zcJTABDuKo6l
In the video, I reference an intelligent-sounding economic doomsday prophecy that I encountered on Facebook, which in my view, seems to pick always the worse outcome at every juncture and assumes complete passivity from the President. Discussing Abortion with a Harris supporter
Firstly, the dude I'm having this conversation with is more than just a "Harris supporter" and I am more than just a "Trump supporter", but the limited characters available on the Internet require such reductiveness but let that reductiveness not seep into you as you watch/listen to this conversation.
I have another video coming up on "abortion", where I share some reflections. This weekend I had a long chat with my sister where we discussed many things – one of which was the horrific 7 week abortion experience that one of her friends went through in LA. This subject is quite the intersection of all that so many of us care about and I hope that we can practice navigating conversations around it with care, awareness of what we know and awareness of what we don't know.

Abortion – Understanding Single Issue Voters
This is the follow up on the conversation I had, emergently themed on abortion, with a brother who is voting for #kamalaharris this election.
I get single issue voters through this content creation journey. As much as I feel aligned with many things that #trump has proposed, I get it why people would want to punish him for being instrumental in overturning Roe v. Wade. If that's you, I support you.
At the same time, I hope that folks with a progressive orientation around abortion access – which is that humans should have the option to decide if they want to abort (in some cases) – move to the states/communities which have horrifically restrictive policies and foster the grassroots change required for the states to themselves change their regulations. In the long run, progress fostered from the grassroots seems to win out over progress imposed from top. There's so much more to talk about on this subject and I'm personally sick of the stalemate between pro-choice and pro-life bandwagons, both failing to represent and speak adequately to their shadow sides.

Is Donald Trump a Fascist?... and other Spiritual Questions
"Fascist" is a word that gets thrown around quite easily these days along with other words like "bigot", "racist" and "transphobic". These adjectives have become placeholders for "I feel upset about something that you said".
Our society has gotten so numbed out and expect so little actual change from politicians that someone who doesn't stick to prepared scripts and shows more dimensions of their human personality than puppet politicians who manage to maintain their one-dimensional image, is considered odd.
The establishment of politicians is about to crumble just like the numbed layers of a human being are ready to crumble right before some deeply repressed trauma is revealed and in that moment of crumbling, there's a protective fear of Death that gets projected outwards onto the "threat". But as is the case with a healing journey, you are actually not really "dying", it's just parts of you that no longer serve you are fading away. Similarly, with this political saga, it's not that Trump is "fascist", it's that aspects of the political establishment that have just milked societal problems for money over decades are about to fall away.
See that for what it is and vote sensibly in the coming elections. #VoteTrump (https://www.youtube.com/hashtag/votetrump)

JD Vance’s interview with NYT an absolute masterclass!
Reflections on how grateful I feel for having an impeccably quality man like JD Vance as the VP candidate and my prayers for the 300000 missing migrant children (who are likely being sex trafficked).

Trump & Climate Change, with love from post Hurricane Helene Asheville
It's been a crazy week here in Asheville, NC. Hurricane Helene hit us hard. Naturally, this brought up the question of climate change and how to solve it and what is the right combination of policies and individual entrepreneurship necessary to bring us to a place where Capitalism can continue thriving and bringing forth individuation, sovereignty and upliftment while also not subjecting our beautiful planet to the Tragedy of the Commons.
In this video, we discuss climate change. Open to critique and feedback. I don't think this is a situation that can be fully resolved via polarized arguments, but solving it requires a visionary entrepreneurial orientation, beyond screaming at presumed authorities to "do something about it!", and instead assuming authority of the problem at hand – the essence of what 'entrepreneurship' is all about.

Trump: The Opportunistic Choice for the progressive cause
In this video, me and Luca break down the case for why Donald Trump is the opportunistic choice for the progressive cause in the upcoming elections. We unpack what it means to make 'opportunistic' choices in service of a long term vision. How when we are rooted in our values, we can allow ourselves the freedom to look at a wide range of present options to make choices that are aligned with the long term future we envision rooted in these values. We also unpack some negative connotations that folks might have with the term "opportunism".
We recorded this one right before Hurricane Helene hit Asheville. And I'm uploading this on a wifi hotspot. I feel conflicted about uploading it during this trying time and at the same time, my heart knows that discussing these choices and presenting a nuanced case for Trump is critical in this really important upcoming election. This video is not intended to convince you to vote for Trump. Hell (if I could vote), I hold a slight sliver of chance that come election time, I might vote for Harris. But the video hopes to unpack a particular line of reasoning and I'm hoping it helps you make a more educated choice come election time beyond "orange man sucks, half-indian half-black woman history making good".

The progressive case for Donald Trump
In this video, Luca and I share the progressive case for Donald Trump. We dive into the energetics of what a progressive society feels like. Where Hope truly comes from and how that differentiates from the Merchants of Despair that attempt to consumerize and sell hope. And we end with a provocation for everyone to love the parts of them that feel like pieces of shit so that they may vote from a place of hope and not shame. Expect some detours into Indian and Dutch political history.
