After elementary school, the number of books I read rapidly declined. Instead of reading novels in my own time, I just completed the book assignments given to me in my English classes. Two years out of high school, I finally began reading again after SAYING I would for years. I was finally led back to reading consistently in October 2022. Through trial and error, I have found that the 7 pieces of advice I give to you in this episode really kickstart the reader in us-I hope they help you too! silent struggles

Let's get real. Today I felt inspired to speak freely about some thoughts that have been racing through my mind. I get vulnerable about my silent struggles and share a couple journal entries. I wanted to break the barrier of portraying a "I have it all together" identity, and really knock down some walls I have been keeping up. I think it is so important to make sure my presence on any social platform is as authentic as possible. Life isn't linear, and I am working on accepting every emotion as it is, remembering that anyones judgment of that is only a reflection on them. I hope this helped you connect with me a bit more.
