中醫傳世經典名方四十九張 第二方 甘草湯
<p>甘草湯方出自東漢末年醫聖張仲景的《傷寒雜病論》,第331條:少陰病,二三日,咽痛者,可與甘草湯。</p> <p>甘草別稱「國老」,意為甘草於藥味配伍中,如德高望重的長者,居中調和諸藥。甘草也被稱為「坤土之精」,甘草湯方中僅甘草一味藥,並無需調和之處,了解其「坤土之精」的特性,更便於理解此方。</p> <p>坤,八卦意象之一,五行歸土。因甘草得坤土之精華,故可將甘草直接看作坤土。</p> <p>張仲景基於對易經的理解,將傷寒病分為六小類:太陽病、陽明病、少陽病、太陰病、少陰病和厥陰病。甘草湯方僅應驗於少陰咽痛,其他如太陽咽痛、陽明咽痛並無理想效果。</p> <p>少陰,陽爻在下,上添一根陰爻;老陰,兩爻皆陰;老陽,兩爻皆陽,少陽,陰爻在下,上添一根陽爻。少陰之上,可再分解出兩種不同的卦象,即離火、震雷。</p> <p>離火,表燃燒;震雷,表震動;火雷二者均具有陽氣向上升騰的特點,故少陰咽痛多。離火與震雷皆為人體本身占主位,坤土之精甘草自外來占客位,由此形成地火明夷,和地雷復的新卦型。</p> <p>地火明夷,火於地下,變無根之火為有根之火,將火潛藏,而非簡單的泄掉,符合地火明夷卦之卦義,即雖當下不利,若能潛心充實自己,則終能逢兇化吉。</p> <p>老子《道德经》有云:<strong>万物并作,吾以观其复……复命曰常,知常曰明</strong>。万事万物都有自己的自然规律,老子不去干涉其生长只是观察,万物自能回到“复”的状态。</p> <p><strong>地雷复</strong>,五个阴爻,仅一根阳爻在最下面,代表阳气向上蒸腾,仿佛地下打雷,天地之阳气在雷的作用下慢慢复苏。坤土之精甘草做客于人体之下,形成地雷复卦,使人体自然的阳气慢慢复苏。</p> <p>万事万物都有自然恢复的本能,此为天地之常理,明了此理,即超过“智慧”达到“明”的境界。</p>

中醫傳世經典名方四十九張 第一方 獨蔘湯
<p><strong>去偏性存本真的獨蔘湯</strong></p> <p>據載,中醫產生於原始社會,春秋戰國時期中醫理論已經基本形成。華夏民族綿延數千載,中醫也隨之廣佈天下。千百年來,歷代醫家在實踐中,形成了諸多傳世經典名方,今特從浩如煙海的古方中精選四十九方解讀之。</p> <p>之所以選擇四十九方,因其一,大衍之數五十,其用四十有九;其二,七七四十九,七乃少陽之數,取其生生不息之意。願有緣讀到此文之文友,於中醫造詣上可生生不息、更上層樓;更願舉步維艱之中醫能夠克服當下困難,蒸蒸日上。</p> <p>歷代記載中都有“獨蔘湯”,但同名方不在少數。大部分會在其中加入諸如大棗、炒米、紅糖、甚至附子,如若如此,則違背了獨蔘湯之名義。</p> <p>獨蔘湯,顧名思義,獨,單獨再無其他;蔘,非五加科人蔘不可;此方名為獨蔘湯。</p> <p>在中國古代的認識中,人蔘是一味非常了不起的藥物,得天地靈氣、日月精華。中國現存最早的中藥學專著《神農本草經》記載人蔘可:補元氣、安心神、補五臟、定魂魄、除邪氣。</p> <p>獨蔘湯,選或乾或鮮人蔘一隻,或隔水燉煮,或武火濃煎後,頓服。</p> <p>武火濃煎後的人蔘湯吸收火之熱性,故常覺服蔘湯後會上火,實則人蔘於《神農本草經》記載其性甘、微寒。可取井水,將武火濃煎後的人蔘帶容器淺浸於井水中,即可去其火毒,恢復人蔘之微寒本性。</p> <p>取回微寒本性之獨蔘湯適用範圍廣泛,唯癌症晚期、或急性粒細胞白血病患者忌服。中醫認為癌症晚期患者體內瘀血嚴重,非獨蔘湯可解,雖一時服後覺的舒服,但人蔘之元氣將被體內瘀血阻礙,進而瘀而生熱。</p> <p>獨蔘湯,藥味單純,應用廣泛,藥材珍貴,煎服法獨特。</p> <p>武火濃煎,結合井水去火,完成“去偏性,存本真”的過程,誠如老子《道德經》所言”<strong>為學日益,為道日損,損之又損,以至於無為</strong>“。”武火濃煎“是“為學”,將人蔘之精華煮至藥湯中;“井水去火“是”為道“,將蔘湯中的熱毒瀉去;損之又損,最終透出人蔘本性之甘、微寒。至此,獨蔘湯方可發揮其神奇的功效。</p>
