<p>在奥地利籍犹太作家弗朗茨·卡夫卡（Franz Kafka）笔下，普通人被卷入一套极其庞大、复杂且不讲道理的官僚系统或法律规则中，主人公拼命想解决问题，却发现规则本身就是一个死循环，无论怎么努力，自己最终都会被体制碾碎。“卡夫卡式”由此成为了一个文化和哲学词汇，用来形容极其荒诞、怪异、违背逻辑，但却被庞大的体制严格执行的荒谬处境。在联合国的财务体系中，也有一套这样的“卡夫卡式”的规则，在一定程度上造成了联合国目前严重的财务困境。幸运的是，经过会员国的集体努力，如今这一规则最终被彻底改变。</p>

【前方视野】可持续美食，未必注定要牺牲美味？
<p>在餐饮业，如果要提及健康饮食或注入“可持续”概念，很多人会想到所涉及的食物可能要以牺牲美味为代价。但知名厨师豪梅·比亚尔内斯（Jaume Biarnés）在接受《联合国新闻》采访时表示，可持续美食完全可以做到保持美味、令人兴奋且充满趣味。</p><p>出生于巴塞罗那的比亚尔内斯，曾在传奇的米其林三星餐厅——曾五度荣膺“世界最佳餐厅”称号的el Bulli餐厅——工作五年。如今，他担任纽约Yondu烹饪工作室的总监，致力于推广韩国传统蔬菜发酵工艺，倡导以植物为基础的健康饮食方式。在他看来，回归风味的本真，才是可持续美食的真正起点。</p>
