#青與棉木先生的信箱 第四集，老實幾度覺得錄不下去、覺得哽咽、覺得很想哭，看到那麼多人的故事，總是不由得也聯想到自己的，其實我們都一樣，明明害怕受傷，卻還是努力地做一個溫暖的人。 「你要相信你所相信的。」我一直都覺得信的力量是很大的，就像當初我相信我的母親一定會好起來、我相信宇宙會給我最好的安排、我相信這世界上發生的每一件事都有它的道理。 我相信，當我處在自己很深的信任裡，面對再大的挫折，我都可以不害怕。

EP3 青與棉木先生的信箱的—生命中總有些後悔和遺憾
這集我們聊了關於「自殺」這件事。 小時候我寫了一封遺書給我的父母，當時我感覺自己活得很痛苦、這世界上沒有一個人懂我在想什麼，我痛恨自己的聲音被關住、我討厭自己、討厭虛偽的大人。 但是當時父母的那通電話，讓我徹徹底底改變了，原來錯的一直都不是別人，而是自己看待這個世界的方式。我記得那時候父親哭著在電話裡說：「對不起，如果我有哪裡做錯的地方，我會改，對不起沒有讓妳感覺到溫暖。」 我真不孝，竟然讓父母這樣子苦苦哀求自己。 現在回頭看，老實說我一點也不敢去死，我怕痛，任何的死法都會讓我心生恐懼，其實那封遺書只是想被看見，我想深刻地給大人一個教訓，讓他們感覺後悔。但最後我才發現，我其實並不想讓他們痛苦，那並不會讓我感覺快樂，即使後悔了又如何，我不但失去了家人，還失去自己，那不是我真正想要的啊。 如果再讓我選一次，我可能不會選擇寫遺書、自殺，我要相信這個世界一直是帶著很大的善意，在包容這世界裡每一個不同聲音的人。 📮歡迎來信｜新竹南寮郵局第18號信箱 圖 ｜@mr.mianmu 文 ｜@163______________
