<p>我發現我不喜歡和自己個性相似的人相處，因為我總覺得那些活潑的人都很假、很不真誠，可明明我心裡是這麼想的，可是不知不覺中我卻成為了自己最討厭的樣子。<br> <br> 後來，我開始在團體裡不那麼積極的教朋友，不當先開口說話的那一個人、不當活潑個性的人，我不一定要把最好的自己交出去，不一定要讓別人知道我好或不好，我感覺這樣更能保護那個其實很安靜、其實渴望沈默的自己。</p>
