This week Anna learned the hard way that confidence comes win waves and as much as she’s been celebrating those highs, she wasn’t prepared to be swept away with a low. That’s Life
As a nervous rider - we desperately seek control. But there are many things going on around us that we cannot, as Gregg explains you cannot control the world - that’s life! So how can we train our brains & thought process to accept this and not let these things stop us from riding or give us a shopping list of excuses - Anna’s had a revelation!
