We run a wide range of community based initiatives that try and enhance opportunity for all. We’ve built our success on the ethos of discipline and respect, embracing everyone and anyone irrespective of their gender, ethnic background, age or social group. We run boxing sessions from 3yrs upwards, have a youth club for 10-16 year olds and work with various public bodies in supporting their initiatives.

The club had travelled extensively around the UK, Europe and as far as Cyprus, but nothing quite like this trip. Two years later saw RABC host the Seychelles squad on a return visit. A quite incredible story and experience for all involved.</p>

In this episode Mark Reynolds talks with Coach Terry Gammans about how he got involved with boxing and why he started coaching with RABC. Terry talks about working alongside former WBO Lightweight World Champion Terry Flanagan, and how it inspired him to get back to the gym. Terry’s dedication to training alongside our boxers saw him recently qualify as an elite runner for what would have been this years London Marathon.
