<p>healing from narcissistic abuse can be broken down into phases. </p> <p>1. seeking & maintaining safety. </p> <p>2. revisiting the truth of the abuse & forming your own narrative. </p> <p>3. living in defiance of the narcissist’s rules. </p> <p><br></p> <p>over the course of 26 years, the narcissists in my life manipulated me, confused me, and silenced me. rebelling against those rules means speaking my truth with my chest - my version. after years of therapy, shadow work, studying, and picking myself apart at the threads, i’ve reached a point of making sense of what i experienced. and i'm ready to use my newfound voice to put it into the world for others to relate to and learn from.</p> <p><br></p> <p>speaking out against abuse, as always, can have dangerous consequences. so even though i am safe at this point in my life, my hands are shaking as i write this episode description. but... if i go down, at least it won't be silently.</p> <p><br></p> <p>i hope you join me on the journey.</p> <p><br></p> <p>radical regards,</p> <p>victoria</p>
