Radically Loved with Rosie Acosta. The show is based around subjects ranging from nutrition, holistic health coaching, spirituality, yoga, meditation and overall just healthy living. I grew up in East Los Angeles, during the L.A. Riots. I had a chaotic upbringing dealing that revolved around living with constant stress and anxiety. I developed PTSD and Depression as a result. Through the support of my tribe and the introduction to yoga + meditation, I was able to transform my life. I have had the privilege teaching some of the World’s most Highly recognized Athletes including Kyrie Irving, Super Bowl Champions Seattle Seahawks Team and Olympians Shalane Flanagan and I am very passionate about bringing the practice of Yoga and Meditation to the world.
