We decided that the first episode would broach the complex but important topics of Colonialism and Reconciliation because we believe that every conversation should start with truthful awareness of the space(s) in which it occurs. Given the colonial reality of Canadian society and our role as settlers within it, we attempt to speak to this reality in this episode as settlers making their awareness known and encouraging other settlers to join us in coming clean and reversing Past and Ongoing injustices.
