"The Disease of Leadership" or "Why we need to realize that our blessings already have our names on them".

Recently I was introduced to an article. "The 15 Diseases of Leadership According to Pope Francis", written in 2015 by Gary Hamel.

Two of the "afflictions" - The disease of excessive busyness, and The disease of excessive planning and functionalism are discussed in this podcast, and how it is manifested in Female Entrepreneurship.

The truth is, we find it so difficult to outsource or relinquish control-which inevitably leads to frustration and ultimately burnout.

Our blessings already have our names on it - which means that we should be focused on the process and not so much on the outcome; remember, success usually appears while we're busy working!!!

Why you need to treat time as an asset

If I had a dollar for every time someone couldn't find time to do the important things in their life and in their business... I think you know the old saw. 2020 has made us all aware that time can no longer be taken for granted - in the first instance because so many people ran out of time and in the second instance, we were suddenly assailed with time we never expected to have due to the "shelter in place" strategies of Covid19.

The truth is, we all have the same 24 hours-you me, the guy down the street, and definitely, your competition.

So let's regroup.

Let's treat our time with the respect it deserves, and we'll be able to achieve all the things we've been putting off.

For when?...yeah I know, when we have time !!!!
