Referees made bad calls, but the coach made the worst one. As a Packer fan, I have to say that the poor referee calls cost the Packers a win, but Matt LeFleur could have made the point moot if he hadn't chickened out at the three yard line.

Who gets to decide who wins
Why do State governments keep picking which businesses and get to win and which ones loose. Instead of telling grocery stores they are important and restaurants are superfluous why don’t we create a ranking system using the size of the venue, air movement capability and number of people allowed and post that at the entrance. Similar to the health and safety ratings used in many states. We the people can decide for our self if the risk is too high, and half the population is cheating now anyway.
