You know, in life, it’s not about lack of resources, but a lack of resourcefulness that will keep you from your results. You know, in your heart, that being resourceful is the difference-maker when the goals you have set are difficult to achieve, or you cannot envision a clear path to get to where you desire to go. As a RARE leader, you commit to finding a solution. You exercise the will to visualize all the possible ways to achieve what you desire.</p><p>Adaptable-You are present and engaged. You are flexible and versatile. Your open-mindedness to differing beliefs and ideas shows your respect for others while refining your self-awareness. You feel the pain and the joy, of others. Your motivation is self-less. You deal with the situation as it is rather than as you think it should be. You prefer a proactive vs reactive approach. You believe being adaptable does improve your resilience, meaning that periods of uncertainty are less likely to adversely impact your overall personal wellbeing. You may not know all the answers. Nevertheless, you see the direction you are going.</p><p>Resilient-Identifying as a Warrior, not a Victim</p><p>when dealing with any potential crisis. You avoid thinking like a victim of circumstance, instead, you look for ways to resolve the problem. While the situation may be out of your control, you can still stay focused on a positive result. You show up and see it to the end despite how you feel. You have processes and systems to help you and others through the situation at hand.</p><p>Engage-You, engage the opportunity good or bad with a heart of gratitude. You rise, step up, take action, opting to own solutions where others cannot or do not proactively. You energize others, keeping people focused on purpose and vision while being able to be vulnerable. You connect and stabilize groups by listening, staying cool, calm, and collect while unifying others. You serve and grow by putting others first, by empowering, encouraging, and equipping people. You stay grounded, remaining humble, open, candid, and authentic in how you show up.</p><p>You are a Rare Leader.
