<p> این اپیزود صفرم! از رادیو بازار (کسب و کار با مهدی عزیزی) هست که منتشر میشه و در اختیار شما عزیزان قرار میگیره. قراره با هم یک مسیری رو حرکت کنیم. این فایلهای صوتی منبعث از تجربه ی دوازده ساله من در راه اندازی و فعالیت پخش عزیزی هست و کلاسها و کتابهایی که تو این سالها به من کمک کرد تا در این مسیر پر پیچ و خم به سلامت قدم بردارم. قطعا نظرات شما برای من ارزشمند هست و در ادامه ی این مسیر و انتشار اپیزودهای بعدی کمک شایانی میکنه که چیزی را ارائه کنم که مفید باشه. در این اپیزود یه کوچولو با من آشنا میشوید و در ادامه درباره ی موضوع شناخت مخاطب و پرسونای مشتری صحبت میکنم. اینکه پرسونا چیست؟ سوالات اصلی برای شناخت پرسونای مشتری کدام هستند؟ گفتم پرسونا تصویری فرضی و شفاف از یک فرد (و گاهی یک کسب و کار) است که میتواند مشتری یا مخاطب یا خریدار ایدهآل ما باشد و فکر میکنیم این تصویر، در مورد تعداد قابل توجهی از مشتریان، مخاطبان یا خریداران ما مصداق دارد.
