Part 4 - Tools to balance your spirit wheel when experiencing depression/anxiety

On this week's episode, we continue with our final week of solutions. We end with our spirit wheel, which I think is the most important of all. When depressed, we don't feel connected. We feel alone. We hunger for connection. We are often punishing ourselves and keeping walls up to protect ourselves from getting hurt by others, or getting scorned and rejected by God. Let's take a deeper look at our spirit and just how it can greatly affect our mental health.

For a diagram and list of the spirit resources from this podcast, please visit the below weblink:

https://www.soaringforward.com/my-4-wheels-approach/spirit

If you are struggling with suicidal thoughts, please reach out and ask for help:

https://suicidepreventionlifeline.org/

If you need coaching help with depressive thoughts or mild depression and anxiety, please visit my website (www.soaringforward) and book a free consultation. Part 3: Tools to balance your mental wheel to help conquer depression/anxiety

On this week's episode, we continue with more solutions. We are moving from our emotions to our mind, which are obviously very closely related. Remember, it's all about balance. Depression and anxiety throws us off balance. It's our bodies' way of telling us something is wrong. A check engine light is blinking and as the holidays and winter approach, it's likely to be relentless. Let's take a deeper look at our mind and just how that affects our mental health.

For a diagram and list of the tools discussed, please visit the below weblink:

https://www.soaringforward.com/my-4-wheels-approach/mind

If you are struggling with suicidal thoughts, please reach out and ask for help:

https://suicidepreventionlifeline.org/

If you need help with depressive thoughts or mild depression and anxiety, please visit my website (www.soaringforward) and book a free consultation.
