This episode is raw and unedited—just me, a microphone, and a message I felt led to share.
You might hear Renze in the background. You might hear pauses, real-life noise, or moments that aren’t perfectly polished. And that’s okay. This wasn’t an episode I was supposed to overthink. For me, this was a record it and post it kind of episode.
In Speaking Life Into Yourself, we’re talking about what speaking life really means. It isn’t just positive affirmations or telling yourself everything will work out. Sometimes speaking life means accountability. Sometimes it means forgiving, apologizing, healing, letting go, changing your decisions, and refusing to spend today constantly replaying yesterday.
We also talk about redefining luxury beyond what social media shows us—the luxury of peace, time, love, family, community, and simply being given another day. We get into rebuilding genuine community, learning how to love people without making everything romantic or transactional, letting go of comparison and competition, and becoming faithful with the life God gave you.
“Yesterday already had its time. Do not give it today too.”
This one isn’t perfect. It isn’t supposed to be.
It’s real. It’s where I am. And maybe there’s something in it that God knew you needed to hear too.

Not Sorry
“Not Sorry” is a bold reminder that you do not have to apologize for choosing God, protecting your peace, healing, growing, or becoming the person He called you to be.
In this episode of Rebuild From Within, we’re letting go of guilt, people-pleasing, and the pressure to make ourselves smaller for the comfort of others. You are allowed to set boundaries, walk away from what is hurting you, and stand confidently in your faith.
You are not wrong for changing.
You are not selfish for choosing peace.
And you do not have to be sorry for becoming whole.
Welcome to the very first episode of Rebuild From Within. Let’s rebuild together—from the inside out.
