MY WORST FRIENDSHIP EVER: A STORYTIME ABOUT THE RED FLAGS I IGNORED
We talk about toxic relationships all the time, but what happens when the person causing you emotional and psychological harm is someone you call your FRIEND?
I'm sharing the detailed story of my most toxic and mentally abusive friendship. I'm opening up about what I experienced, the red flags I noticed, and the warning signs that can be easy to overlook when you genuinely care about someone and consider them a friend.
Sometimes, the people closest to us can cause some of the deepest emotional wounds. And just because someone isn't your romantic partner doesn't mean their behavior can't affect your mental health, your peace, or the way you see yourself.
We're talking toxic friendships, psychological abuse, manipulation, red flags, and recognizing when a friendship is no longer healthy for you.
This isn't just a story about a friendship that went wrong. It's a reminder that psychological abuse doesn't only happen in romantic relationships, and having history with someone doesn't mean you have to keep accepting behavior that destroys your peace.
If you've ever had a friendship that left you mentally exhausted, emotionally drained, confused, or questioning yourself, this episode may hit close to home.
💬 LET'S TALK: Have you ever experienced a toxic friendship that affected you mentally or emotionally? What red flags did you overlook?

Why Do Men Lie Like We Don't Have Brains?! STORY TIME
Why Do Men Lie Like We Don't Have Brains?!
Ladies, COME HERE! Because I have a story to tell, and this time, the lie was so unnecessary that I had to ask myself, "Really, though?! You thought that was going to work?" 😂
Today, we're getting into why some men lie, why they think they can get away with it, and why they underestimate the very women they're lying to. I'm sharing a recent personal experience that had me questioning the thought process behind the lie itself.
But beyond my storytime, we're having a real conversation about the psychology behind dishonesty, the frustration of knowing something isn't adding up, and what happens emotionally when someone makes you question what you already suspected.
Let's talk about the mental gymnastics we go through trying to uncover the truth, the signs we pick up on, the moments when everything finally clicks, and how being lied to can change the way we trust people moving forward.
Because sometimes, it's not even the lie that hurts the most. It's the disrespect of thinking you wouldn't figure it out.
Ladies, have you ever caught somebody in a lie that made absolutely NO sense? And why do people lie about things they could've simply told the truth about in the first place?!
Let's talk about it! 🗣️💋
🎧 Tune in, share your experiences, and let's have this conversation!

YOU’RE NOT BITTER, YOU’RE HURT
Sometimes people call you bitter when you're really just hurt.
we’re talking about the part of healing that nobody likes to talk about, the anger.
The anger that comes after betrayal.
The anger that comes after being mistreated, disrespected, abused, lied to, or taken for granted.
The anger that comes when you finally realize just how much you tolerated and how much you deserved better.
And sometimes, we feel guilty for being angry. We’re told to forgive, let it go, move on, and “be the bigger person.” But healing doesn’t always look peaceful. Sometimes you need to scream. Sometimes you need to cry. Sometimes you need to be MAD.
Because anger isn't always about wanting revenge. Sometimes anger is the moment you finally decide, “I will never allow myself to go through this again.”
I’m sharing my own experiences and talking about why we shouldn’t be ashamed of this part of healing. You can acknowledge your anger without allowing it to consume you. You can feel everything that needs to be felt and still choose to heal, grow, and move forward.
Because maybe you’re not bitter.
Maybe you’re hurt. And maybe that hurt is finally teaching you to choose yourself.
