關於九七後視野的事情篇總結，回歸25年間共有六宗釋法案例，以2022年的釋法為例，涉及到2020年才通過的國安法，基本法當初自然沒有談及。而《香港國安法》第47條所規定需要認定的問題，應當取得行政長官發出的證明書；香港國安委應根據《香港國安法》第14條規定履行職責，對該等情況和問題作出相關判斷和規定。 聯合製作﹕ 香港電台 政制及內地事務局
