<p>Bienvenidos al primer episodio de Rompiendo Esquemas.</p> <p>En este episodio hablo acerca de los esquemas mentales y como se construyen en nuestra mente para regir nuestro comportamiento y forma de pensar.</p> <p>¿Qué son los Esquemas?</p> <p>Un esquema mental es un patrón organizado de pensamiento e ideas preconcebidas, es decir, es nuestra forma particular de pensar y de ver el mundo que guía nuestras emociones y condiciona nuestra conducta de manera inconsciente.</p> <p>Por ejemplo, cuando pensamos en china nos imaginamos algo totalmente diferente a lo que viven allá. Porque tenemos una percepción diferente, pero en el momento en que visitamos ese lugar nuestros paradigmas se rompen.</p> <p>¿Qué son los paradigmas?</p> <p>Es la manera particular en que las personas vemos el mundo, según estudios científicos nadie ve el mundo de la misma manera.</p> <p>¡Espero que te guste mi primer episodio!</p> <p>Soy Jose Johan.</p>
