Rugaciunile de dimineata
<p>Pentru a trăi un mod de viaţă ortodox este important să ne începem ziua în pace. Nu poţi avea o zi liniştită dacă îţi începi ziua în grabă, mănânci în grabă, te enervezi la semafor. Dimineaţa poate fi foarte încărcată, mai ales dacă aveţi copii mici pe care îi pregătiţi pentru şcoală şi grădiniţă, dar este foarte important să vă programaţi timpul astfel încât să includeţi şi rugăciunea de dimineaţă. </p> <p>Acest lucru implică să vă treziţi mai devreme cu o oră pentru a vă putea ruga în tihnă. Atunci când ne rugăm, îngenunchem în faţa icoanei şi ne ridicăm mintea la Dumnezeu. Trebuie să lăsăm în urmă gândurile, frământările noastre de zi cu zi, grijile şi problemele şi ne lăsăm cu totul în mâna lui Dumnezeu. Acesta este timpul tău pe care îl petreci vorbind cu Dumnezeu. Ai grijă de el. Nu uita pe parcursul zilei nici de rugăciunea lui Iisus: „Doamne Iisuse Hristoase, Fiul lui Dumnezeu, miluieşte-mă pe mine, păcătosul”. </p> <p>După ce ţi-ai terminat rugăciunea de dimineaţă, gândeşte-te la ce ai de făcut în ziua respectivă. Gândeşte-te cum rezolvi problemele de peste zi într-un mod plăcut lui Dumnezeu. Încearcă să păstrezi pe parcursul zilei prezenţa lui Dumnezeu în inima şi sufletul tău, stare dobândită în timpul rugăciunii. </p> <p>Odată ajuns la muncă, fă o trecere în revistă a ceea ce ai de făcut în ziua respectivă şi încredinţează-te că ceea ce faci este conform cu voia lui Dumnezeu. Dacă vei întâlni o situaţie stresantă, încearcă să te linişteşti şi să zici în gând rugăciunea lui Iisus: „Doamne Iisuse Hristoase, Fiul lui Dumnezeu, miluieşte-mă pe mine, păcătosul”. Pacea dobândită în timpul rugăciunii de dimineaţă te va însoţi pe tot parcursul zilei.</p>
