Vulnerability, Being Present, and Listening to God: A Conversation with Kurt Pflegl
<p>I am genuinely very excited to share this conversation with you all with my good friend and mentor Kurt Pflegl. I met Kurt a little over a year ago when I was living in San Luis Obispo, California. I was going through my coaching certification program, and he had recently finished a two-year coaching certification. He is uniquely equipped to shepherd people through his experiences of pastoring, coaching, counseling, and listening to people and to God. And he truly is one of the most humble and present people I’ve encountered. Our conversation begins with hearing from Kurt on how coaching has impacted his recent life and provided him with tools to help lead people closer to God. We then discuss how to truly listen to others and to God and the relevance of truly listening to others in today’s culture.
