Hi, we're Aida and Jisu! - call us AiSu! Aisu means "to love" in Japanese, and “clear water/water that’s like the moon in Turkish.” We decided our team name Aisu as being a way to honor cultures. Let us introduce ourselves and the channel's objective. We are the co-chairs of the growth and sustainability pillar for Student Affiliates of Seventeen (SAS) which is a national membership organization for students associated with the Society of Counseling Psychology, Division 17 of the American Psychological Association (APA). We are supporting people from traditionally marginalized groups, and increasing inclusion and engagement of people with a wide range of interests. Bio: Aida Shahghasemi is a Minneapolis-based musician with roots in Iran. She is pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis. She is the Marketing and Communications Manager at The Cedar Cultural Center and an MFA faculty at Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Jisu Kim is originally from South Korea.
