ELECTION LAWSUIT WIN FOR THE PEOPLE VS. MARICOPA COUNTY! TRO Hearing To STOP ILLEGAL Election Process NEXT WEEK! They’re NOT COUNTING # OF BALLOTS & No Chain Of Custody For Election Day Ballots. WE CAN’T TRUST OR VERIFY ANY RESULTS FOR 2024!
The People received a WIN in court today! An evidentiary hearing will be scheduled for either Tues 10/29 or Wed 10/30 for the TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) to STOP Maricopa County from conducting the ILLEGAL 2024 General Election, FORCE them to count the actual BALLOTS, RECORD all 12 LEGALLY required Critical Election Data Points on the Chain of Custody Document (PBR) & PREVENT them from ILLEGALLY ERASING Election Day Results and CONDUCTING ILLEGAL Recounts. (They admitted was their "decades-long" practice)

Maricopa County Lawsuit Filed To Stop An Illegal 2024 General Election | Interview on Fine Point with Chanel Rion
We filed a Lawsuit, Temporary Restraining Order & Injunction to STOP Maricopa County from conducting an illegal 2024 General Election. There is currently No Chain Of Custody from the 246 Vote Centers for 10 of the 12 critical & legally required Election Data Points, including the number of BALLOTS CAST. There is a 2 page ballot & they have decided to count BALLOT PAGES Instead of BALLOTS, which is UNLAWFUL.
Maricopa also has a DECADES-LONG practice of ERASING Election Day Results & ILLEGALLY Recounting already TABULATED Ballots.
