Welcome to the Soul & Strategy Podcast! I'm Sabine Lehnhardt, Spiritual Life & Soul Business Coach, Yoga Teacher and your host. A few years ago, I was exactly where you might be right now. I had a vision and inner calling to help other women step into their most confident and authentic selves. I knew I wanted to create meaningful impact through my work, but I had no idea how to turn that vision into a real business. And on top of that, fear, self-doubt and overthinking kept holding me back from putting myself out there. That's why this podcast exists! ✨ Soul & Strategy is where inner work meets real business strategy. Because here's what I've learned: you can have the best strategy in the world, but if fear and self-doubt are running the show, you'll struggle to take action. And on the other hand, mindset work alone isn't enough if you actually don't have a plan and path forward.
