When the Cosmos is Forcing You to Change
What does the Age of Aquarius actually ask of us? And what do Plutonian energy and Saturn Returns have to do with responsibility? In this episode, I bring these three themes together and explore what they can teach us about taking ownership and becoming more conscious participants in our own lives. The Quantum Awakening: Science Meets Consciousness
What if awakening isn't something mystical? ...but simply becoming aware of the way you experience reality. In this episode, I take on the lens of a polymath, weaving together quantum physics, psychology, spirituality, neuroscience, philosophy and lived human experienceto ask a simple question: How is the quantum and our consciousness connected? We'll unpack why "quantum leaping" has become one of the most misunderstood concepts in modern spirituality, and explore how genuine transformation doesn't happen by escaping difficult emotions, manifesting harder or bypassing the human experience. Instead, awakening begins by becoming conscious of it. Together we'll explore why our experience of opposites, from judgment to neutrality to compassion, is essential for growth, and why every emotion has something to teach us when we're willing to stay with it. Shadow Work
Exploring the uncomfortable truth about change and why wanting something is not enough to create it. So many of us ask: how do I change this? A feeling, a pattern, a relationship or a direction in life. And right after that comes: when will it happen? The truth is, it might never happen. Not unless something deeper shifts. You can't manifest change by writing in your journal... Alchemy of the Psyche
