Rentetan aksi dan boikot ini diakibatkan terjadinya penghinaan terhadap umat muslim yang terjadi di Perancis. Kejadian ini terjadi ketika kasus pembunuhan guru yang menggambar Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam materi kebebasan berpendapat. Namun Presiden Macron justru memuji hal yang dilakukan guru tersebut sebagai kebebasan berpendapat dan mengatakan bahwa agama islam saat ini sedang mengalami krisis.<br> <br> Benarkah kebebasan berpendapat dapat digunakan tanpa ada batasan, terutama agama sekalipun?<br> Yuk Dengarkan diskusi kami di episode Spotlight kali ini!</p>

<p>Beberapa waktu yang lalu warga net dihebohkan dengan kabar dicabutnya Pasal 59 ayat (2) UU MK yang berbunyi "jika diperlukan perubahan terhadap undang-undang yang telah diuji, DPR atau Presiden segera menindaklanjuti putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan". Warga net menilai bahwa kekuatan putusan MK dalam pengujian undang-undang akan melemah karena dicabutnya pasal tersebut. Tapi apakah hal tersebut benar? ini pendapat kami!</p>
