Central voor zure honing uit de Amazone en chocolade op zeven manieren.</p><p>Al Toke Pez in Lima voor ceviche.</p><p>En picarones op straat. Heel mooi interieur, boeken overal, lekkere thee, kleine gebakjes…</p><p>Kyrenia — Girne in het Turks — en Famagusta, of Gazimağusa in het Turks. <br>Aan beide plekken hetzelfde duo van zaken: Eziç voor lokale gerechten zoals hun kip dolma, en daarnaast Vola voor iced coffees en homemade iced teas op een terras vlak aan zee. Of een rooftop terras.</p><p>Seftali kebabı. Dat is een soort gehaktbereiding in vetvlies, super sappig.</p><p>Fırın kebabı, langzaam gegaard vlees uit de oven.</p><p>Girne bij Archway Restaurant voor mezzes mixed grills.</p><p>Kybele Restaurant. Meer historisch, mooie setting, ook de moeite.</p><p>Hurdeniz Fish Restaurant aan de haven van Girne. Bestel een tafel vol mezes: look, aubergine, yoghurt, komkommer, olijfolie… combineer dat met Turkse rakı en eet daarna verse vis terwijl je uitkijkt op de boten.</p><p>“Off License” zaken voor goedkoopste drank in de wereld.</p><p>Check ook zeker de uitzonderlijk goede olijfolies die ze in Noord-Cyprus hebben.</p>
