Bahkan secara tidak langsung warkop sebagai ekonomi kerakyatan atau ekonomi masyarakat marjinal sekarang kenal dampak dari regulasi kebijakan pemerintahan dengan cara menyisir warkop dan pembubaran orang berkerumun, Jokowi tau jika keadaan ini dibiarkan Reformasi 98 bisa terulang kembali dalam masa kepemimpinan nya, karena dulu Reformasi muncul saat warkop dijadikan sebagai tempat konsolidasi kolektif dan ruang opini publik sekaligus melakukan dialektika nya sebelum melakukan gerakan masa. Razia yang dilakukan Polri dan TNI dulu adalah senjata orba untuk stabilitas politik dan Jokowi mengulangi ya kembali bahkan lebih parah ketimbang orba.
