My sister is a ‘nice’ person who works — or as of late Sept 2026, formerly worked she is off the website now — as a children’s librarian in Chelmsford MA & is trying to become a public figure by starting a ‘nice’ podcast about books with a professor. I think you should know she’s a long term harasser who benefits from theft, deliberately hurts other people’s careers & covers up crimes. The ‘nice’ town she works for, police, everyone is covering up for the serious harm she does & my concern is she’ll just keep doing it

She refused to fill out a form at Marshall’s then missed a filing date from what Ican see online. That’s why her case was dismissed the first time.

Marty Mason, the nice children’s librarian who has been harassing me for years, is married to a racist, lazy, sexist attorney who seems to be employed by Worcester Courts & who lists Massachusetts Trial Court on his LinkedIn
So, anyway, here’s my call to them about Benjamin Cauthorn Mason. Ben accepts money he knows, IMO, was stolen from others
When a family member was wanted for embezzlement & had fled the jurisdiction, Ben took photos with him & had parties w/him. The fugitive had drifted back into town & was trying to steal a pension check from an elderly cancer patient. The fugitive would call me trying to pump me for information “is it a paper check or direct deposit” & I kept telling the fugitive call your old public defender ask what to do. I wouldn’t any details I was like call our old neighbor the lawyer, or call your old public defender, but you need to find out about maybe turning yourself in.
Ben however has no scruples like that. He’ll IMO run cover for thieves who definitely did it, that’s why they fled the jurisdiction, aS they lay groundwork to try and steal from old people, like 70+ year old people battling cancer. And he’ll accept stolen money and participate in/cover up extensive harassment and abuse
Should guys like that be trusted to work in the court system in Massachusetts? Should this guy be admitted to the bar and not have any sanctions based on his personal behavior as a thief, abuser, etc? I think he is also still admitted to the bar in NH.
Like come on. WTF. Why are all of these harassers in sensitive (working with vulnerable groups) publicly funded jobs, what gives here?

Town Manager Call
so this is me calling the town that employs my sister asking FFS WTF
and in it I do say WTF why hasn’t anyone offered me a settlement
and I know money talk makes people uncomfortable and it makes me uncomfortable too
but Marty cost me a lot of opportunities because of the harassment she perpetrated & participated in
And fighting a rearguard action against my family as they tried to get me killed made it pretty impossible to access grad school or law school
And I have a massive, massive therapy bill fir EMDR which is amazing & does help…but which is very expensive esp if say your family stole your savings nest egg so you had to scramble and work a lot of low paying jobs fir a decade, as they were harassing you
Even though you moved across the actual country, they kept calling PDs etc and causing problems for you
That’s a LOT of clusters of memories to work through in EMDR. A LOT of expense
So like…why shouldn’t someone be accountable? And why shouldn’t I say that to the town? And ask if their police will prosecute? And keep contacting private lawyers?
I still work. That’s why these episodes drop at such odd times. Why shouldn’t someone have to compensate me for what they stole and cover some therapy at minimum after putting me through hell and ruining my life, though?
Why is someone in an easy secure gov’t job able to get away with all the shit Marty has been pulling?

I’m in a one party state that’s why I’m recording all of this stuff now
Marty is the head children’s librarian in a town in Massachusetts
She’s participated & covered up for assorted abuse of me: medical, personal, financial
Small scams like our parents were going to take me out to dinner as a thank you for loaning them a housing deposit
Then they & Marty pretended they forgot their wallets so I had to pay
Large scams like stealing $34k by coercion saying if I didn’t loan them money Marty or I or both of us would get sexually assaulted in a DCYF group home
She’s still covering for our surviving parent because that person bribes Marty and her husband
This harassment has been going on for over 20 years and Marty is refusing to make restitution for the healthcare costs she caused. She’s a dept head at her job, her husband’s an attorney, Lexis Nexis says they own at least one property
She’s a narcissist and a scammer and she shouldn’t be getting away with decades of harassment towards someone

Lawyer call (former prosecutor) re: harassment
I wrote a big long thing but honestly I am just so fucking tired
And I was nice to these people
I helped them
And they’ve made it a point to ostracize and hurt me and I can’t get any institution (lawyers, professional organizations, police) to stop them
And they will do it to someone else, too
I believe they were trying to get me killed basically. And if their next victim is less bright or less lucky or both they absolutely will get them killed
I am probably going to try to get an assisted exit via Dignitas in the near future. But these people targeted me for decades; ruined my life whenever they could; they work with your kids

My mom has or had access to your mail as a postal worker & the state licensed her to teach even after DCYF IIRC forced her into therapy for abusing her son

She was a failed actress
Now she has a podcast she makes with a partner
If she’s trying to become some kind of influencer I think you should know what she really gets up to in her personal life. Especially if you live in Chelmsford or Maynard MA.
If she has $$$ to invest in podcasting equipment, why can’t she reimburse me for medical bills I contend she caused; for the therapy I need because she was interfering in my career & friendships; why does Marty have no consequences for any of the shit she’s pulled over the years?

so a problem with this is likely that I didn’t leave her full name. I don’t want to read a printout when I make these calls I want to be normal & conversational
I also work so normally I’m leaving a message after hours
But they won’t even call me back to get more information. This is someone who harasses vulnerable people pretty habitually
And she works with children who are legally basically defined as a vulnerable class (this is why they can’t enter into contracts etc) and no one cares that she has easy access to victims
She has 2 kids, she won’t get therapy & just watch. She will likely rob & abuse one and glorify the other. She blamed her son when I asked her why she harassed me in the hospital. He was a toddler at the time.
She started crying and said I have a disabled nephew requiring 4-5 therapists and that’s why she harassed me and interfered in my medical care instead of DOING NOTHING or helping. It’s all his fault, the toddler. She can’t be accountable for anything & will shift blame onto a sick baby. She’s already made him the next gen scapegoat & no one is interested into trying to leverage her into therapy. By say: charging her for harassing me then offering a diversion into therapy
Just like our mom forcing 2/3 of her kids into poverty & homelessness but praising my sister Marty beyond all reason: Marty is already setting up her kids as the bad one & the good one.
Marty thinks it’s normal to unusually center herself. She thinks it’s normal to harass people and participate in scams. And she thinks she is special & should never face any consequences for her actions. Someone should probably try to stop her.
