True reason of all Problems
Aaj hum discuss krenge about true reason of problems.
Dosto mere according hmari life ki bhut sari problems ka ek hi reason hai or vo hai hmari expectations
Dosto expectation chahe kesi b ho ya kisi se b ho vo jrur hmare dukh ka karn bnti hai
Expectation agr kisi relation me hai to hum chahenge k samne vala hmare according kam kre
Hum ye nhi dekhenge k hmari expectation shi hai ya glt bus samne vala use pura kre.
Or agr hmari expectation puri nhi hoti to hme bura lgta hai or hum us person k liye bhut kuchh glt b sochte hai fir chahe us person ne hmare Liye past me kitne hi acche kam kyu na kiye ho . Hum sbkuch bhul kr bus ye dekhte hai k usne hmari expectation ko pura nhi kiya .
Isi trh hme hmari day to day life se b bhut sari expectation hoti hai or jb vo puri nhi hoti to hmare dukh ka karn bnti hai . Or isi dukh k vjh se hume gussa aata hai or gusse me hum glt decisions lete hai or vo decisions or problems create krte hai .
To dosto hme Khud ko is trh se bnana chaiye k hume kisi se expectation na rhe.
M sbse rishta khtm krne ki bat nhi kh rha or na hi ye k hme kbi kisi se koi help nhi leni
M bus ye Kh rha hu k hme kisi se bus utni hi umeed krni cahhiye jiske pura na hone pr hume dukh na ho , fir chahe vo umeed life se ho ya kisi relation se .
Even m to ye khunga k hme expectation rkhni hi nhi chahiye ya bhut km rkhni chahiye kuki jb hme umeed se jyada milta hai to uski khusi alg hi hoti hai.
Or aap apne aap ko improve krte rhiye kuki yhi hmara ultimate goal hona cahahiye .
Is k sat m sachin Sharma aapse vida leta hu Aasa ki Kiran bni rhegi
Thank you
