<p>Heute möchte ich euch von einer ganz persönlichen Reise erzählen, einer Reise, die mit einem leisen Impuls begann und in einem überraschend lauten Moment auf einer Bühne gipfelte. Es geht um Mut zur Sichtbarkeit und darum, wie ein kleiner Schritt eine große Welle auslösen kann – nicht unbedingt im Außen, aber definitiv im Inneren. Wir alle kennen doch diese Gedanken: Was, wenn ich nicht genug bin? Was werden die anderen denken? Ist das überhaupt mein Platz? Genau diese Fragen haben mich begleitet, als ich kürzlich auf dem Founder Summit in Wiesbaden war. Eigentlich wollte ich dort nur zuhören und lernen, insbesondere für unser Matriarchat Future Festival. Doch dann kam alles anders. Ich entdeckte eine Open Stage – zwei Minuten freie Rede, kein Skript, kein Sicherheitsnetz. </p><p>Ein inneres Flüstern meldete sich: "Das könntest du tun!"
